52: Summer Bucket List
Oh dear... it has been a long stretch with no creative prompts - my apologies! I will try to add prompts to cover all the missed weeks as I can. But for today, here's a prompt that will get you in the mood for summer (if you aren't already!)
With Canada Day here, we know that we still have two full months of glorious summer vacation time ahead of us. Why not make the most of it by creating your very own bucket list...a list of things you must-see and must-do this summer! Creative Memories designers created this gorgeous bucket list using the fabulous "Summer" 12 x 12 Addition Pak
I love the muted summer colors in this kit, but of course, any summer theme paper would work to make your bucket list. Start by sitting down with your family and brainstorming a list of things you want to make sure to do before summer is out. Make your bucket list layout using this one as your inspiration, and then hang it somewhere that everyone in the family can see. Then its easy to glance at it to check what activities are left to do during family-time this summer. And don't forget to check them off as you complete each one!
You can download the project instructions here, and purchase everything you need from my Creative Memories website! Have fun creating your summer list and your summer memories.
And, in honor of Canada Day, take a peek at this music video by one of my favorite local Country Music artists, Paul Brandt, in a song written to poke just a little fun at some of our unique (but great!) Canadian characteristics and traditions!
Happy Canada Day!
