This cute page plan includes a tag for your title or journaling. (If you don’t have a ready-made tag, you can easily make one: simply cut a piece of cardstock to the size required, punch a hole and trim off the corners.)

The jagged edge indicates a piece of torn paper, but of course you could cut it with a straight edge for a cleaner look.
